I wish each child only be able to spend this summer happily.

I don't remember where I have heard, but the story that invites the smile is recalled. A certain adult said to the elementary school student, "At the start of the class and the ending the bell rings in the school." Then, student denied and said," it rings at the start and the end of resting time."
The person who liked study better than play might be in the minority in the childhood though it is a selfish imagination. The memory of my dashing out to the schoolyard at resting time remains in my mind. Therefore, I think that it might be the painful first term for children in Fukushima who couldn't play in the outdoor due to a nuclear power plant misfortune.
I hear that there is an indispensable "SANMA" for the outside play. Three words of "Time", "Space" and "Companions" are called "SANMA". However, uneasiness doesn't disappear in not only the space of play but even also "Space in daily life" for children in Fukushima. It is said that "Evacuation" to the distant place is successive on summer vacation.
I hear that one person in three near all students at school will go out outside the prefecture etc. for a long term in 700 person elementary school in the Fukushima city. "I want to let them play freely only even during summer vacation" and "I wish they come back　bigger more." The long absence might be parents' hard trial.
The programs of various places where children of Fukushima are accepted in summer are fully booked. However, there are children who cannot go by various circumstances, too. There is no apology as an adult in this country when I think of the appearance to spend the summer vacation in completely limited space.
When even a man faces trouble, he tries to root, to draws up and to become stronger like a wheat. A passage of the fourth grade of elementary school in the current number for Fukushima　child poetry magazine "Blue window" which I found is impressed. I wish each child only be able to spend this summer happily.
